Amy & Brett | Rivers and Wine Engagement Session | Clarksville, Tennessee

Oh, friends! I'm so excited to share Amy and Brett’s "rivers and wine" engagement session with you today!

I met Amy a while back through a mutual love...Perfectly Posh (naturally based pampering bath and body products that are simply amazing!). Nothing like a little pampering to bring two girls together, #amiright! When she messaged me about being her wedding photographer, I was beyond thrilled and knew immediately that we would be a perfect bride/photographer fit.

We had been going back and forth for a while on various locations that we thought would perfectly fit her and Brett. We finally decided on Port Royal State Park because they love the water (another reason we are a perfect fit!). If you have never been, it is simply beautiful this time of year! We were planning a dinner to go over wedding details after the session, but there is literally nothing close to the park, so we decided to head into Clarksville.

Well, just days before their session Amy messaged me that she found a vineyard in Clarksville, Beachaven Vineyards and Winery, just minutes away from Port Royal. She asked if we might be able to swing over there for a few shots as well.... Ahhhhhhh! (my response to this amazing request.). I had been dying to take engagement portraits in a vineyard and had finally found the perfect couple that would make my little photographer's dream come true!

Needless to say, we had so much fun exploring and finding fun new spots during their session. They were simply amazing to work with and their love for each other was undeniable. All the smiles and sweet expressions towards each other are 100% genuine and I think that they must secretly be models or something!

Amy and Brett, I'm so excited for your wedding day! Thank you for trusting me completely, and thank you for being such a joy to be around! I had so much fun with you guys, and I have so many new favorites from this session! I cannot wait to do this all again on your wedding day! It’s just right around the corner!
