That time when a baby learns to sit really well all alone, but isn't quite crawling yet is always one of my favorite times to photograph them. It gives me time to capture their sweet smile and fuzzy heads without playing chase (although that can yield some pretty adorable pictures too!).
Amara was a complete doll for her 6 month session, as she has been each time...I feel like she is one of those babies that literally looks like a little porcelain doll too. We found she was scared of my little monkey I had brought to make her laugh and she didn't find me too funny either. BUT she LOVED hearing mommy and Ma sing to her. Every time they would begin, the sweetest grin would fill her face.
Also, I have to give her mom kudos for picking out such adorable outfits! If I ever have a baby girl, I'm coming to you for where to shop!
